1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Security and Responsibility

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier. pkr65 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC Verification. pkr65 processes standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by network conditions, banking hours, or additional verification requirements.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. pkr65 does not accept payments from third parties. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.6 Deposit Refunds. Deposits are credited to your pkr65 balance for use on the platform. pkr65 does not process refunds of deposits to the original payment method except in exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable processing error, at pkr65's sole discretion.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on pkr65 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event, which are published within each game and within the sportsbook interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game only.

5.2 pkr65 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where a system error, software fault, or human error has resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed or applied.

5.4 Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a market has been suspended, will be voided automatically. pkr65 is not liable for bets placed due to delayed data feeds or connectivity issues on the player's end.

All content on pkr65, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, software, game assets, text, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of pkr65 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr65 content without express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. 11.3 Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pkr65 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to offset any amounts owed by the player to pkr65 against the account balance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. pkr65's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
